The Government of Bihar launched a scheme for Bihar students and unemployed people that scheme is Bihar Kushal Yuva Program. According to the Bihar Kushal Yuva Program state government of Bihar will provide the skill training for the Bihar youth.

The Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) has launched a unique skill training program by the name of “Kushal Yuva Program” which would enhance the Soft Skills of the youth of 15-25 age groups who have passed class 10th or class 12th, have dropped out of formal education and are looking for jobs.

Dear candidates Government of Bihar also released the new Bihar Free Wi-Fi Scheme. This scheme is eligible for the College and the University of Bihar. The Bihar government will start this scheme in February 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for Kushal Yuva Program

Only those candidates who apply for Kushal Yuva Program who’s the aged between 15 to 25 years old. Candidates should have passed the 10^th or12th class. Dropped out of formal education and are looking for jobs are eligible to apply for this scheme.

Kushal Yuva Program Course Syllabus

In the Bihar Kushal Yuva Program three courses are available BS-CSS (Bihar State-Certificate in Communication Skills), BS-CIT (Bihar State- Certificate in Information Technology) and BS-CSS (Bihar State-Certificate in Soft Skills)

BS-CSS (Bihar State Certificate in Communication Skills)

• Speaking, Listening, Understanding, Reading and Writing in English and Hindi
• Vocabulary, Sentence construction, Grammar, Pronunciation, Quality of Communication (Fluency, Emphasis, Pace, Clarity, etc.), Voice (Intonation, Pitch, Modulation, etc.)
• Non-Verbal Communication

BS-CSS (Bihar State Certificate in Soft Skills)

• Being sensitive towards self, others and nature
• Understanding and managing self for raising personal competence
• Understanding others and maintaining sound interpersonal relations through responsible communication
• Achieving an enriched personal, professional and social life
