SSMMS Portal Full Guide

SSMMS portal or the Sand Sale management and monitoring system is a portal launched by the Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation (TSMDC), Department of Industries and Commerce of the Government of Telangana. The aim of the development of this portal was to make the sales management of sand more effective and efficient.

How to Register as a tsmdc ssmms Customer on the Portal?

Follow the simple procedure provided below to ssmms registration yourself as a customer on the sand sales management and monitoring system-

1. Visit the official web portal of ssmms that is sand.telangana.gov.in
2. On the homepage itself, look for the option of registration from the main menu and scroll on to that.
3. From the dropdown that appears, select the option of customer registration.
4. A new page will open wherein you need to verify your mobile number. Enter your mobile number and submit, then you will get an OTP on your mobile which you have to enter in the space provided.
5. In the next step, you need to fill in a form with details like District, Village, House address, Email, Aadhar number, etc. after filling in all these details, set a password for yourself and click on register.
6. you will be successfully registered on the SSMMS Portal. Your mobile number is your user ID with which you need to login into your account.

Sand Vehicle Registration Process\How can I check my epass status in Telangana

• Visit the official web portal of SSMMS that is sand.telangana.gov.in
• On the homepage itself, look for the option of registration from the main menu and scroll on to that.
• From the dropdown that appears, select the option of Vehicle registration.
• On clicking on the option, A page with the registration form will open wherein you need to fill in details like Type of vehicle, Vehicle Number, Gross weight, chassis number, mobile number, name, and address of the owner as on RC.
• Then upload a copy of your RC certificate, finally enter the captcha code given, and then click on “Register”
• Your vehicle will be successfully registered on SSMMS.

Ssmms online sand booking Process on SSMMS Portal

1. Visit the official web portal of SSMMS as mentioned above
2. On the right side of the homepage, look for the link saying “Online Sand Booking” and click on it.
3. Then you will have to log in to your account on SSMMS by using your credentials, User id (mobile number), and password. Enter the captcha code and log in.
4. On the page that will open, you need to select details like your district, and the stockyard nearest to you.
5. Then the form for Sand Online Booking will open, where you are required to fill in all the details asked and click on order.
6. You can save the order receipt for publish use.

How to Track Online Sand Order?

1. Visit the official web page of SSMMS as mentioned above
2. On the homepage itself, look for the tracking option on the menu bar and scroll to it.
3. Then from the dropdown that will appear, select how you want to track your order.
   • If you wish to track it using the order id, select “track your order”
   • If you wish to track your order using your mobile or vehicle number, select “track your order with mobile/vehicle.
   • If your order is interstate, and you wish to track it with the order id, select “inter-state track order”
   • If your order is for interstate, and you wish to track it with the mobile or vehicle number, select “inter-state track order with mobile/vehicle.”
4. Now on the tracking page that will open, fill in your Order ID, Mobile number or vehicle number whichever is applicable, then enter the captcha code given and finally click on “GET STATUS”
5. The status of your order will get displayed on the screen.

Check The List Of Registered Customers On the SSMMS Portal

1. Visit the official web portal of SSMMS that is sand.telangana.gov.in
2. On the homepage itself, look for the option of registration from the main menu and scroll on to that.
3. From the dropdown that appears, select the option of customers registered list.
4. A new page will open with the list of customers who have been registered with all the details complete. To check the status of your registration, You need to fill in your mobile number and captcha code provided on the same page and click on search.
5. The status of your registration will appear on the screen.

Registered Vehicles List

• Visit the official web portal of ssmms that is sand.telangana.gov.in
• On the homepage itself, look for the option of registration from the main menu and scroll on to that.
• From the dropdown that appears, select the option of Vehicles registered list.
• A new page will open with the list of customers who have been registered with all the details complete. To check the status of your registration, You need to fill in your vehicle number and captcha code provided on the same page and click on search.
• The status of your registration will appear on the screen.

How to Update Details of Registered Vehicle

If you want to update the RC of your vehicle on SSMMS Or modify any detail related to your vehicle, you can follow the procedure given below. NOTE- If you upload any document which is not valid or is not clearly visible, your vehicle may get blocked.

• Visit the official web portal of ssmms that is sand.telangana.gov.in
• On the homepage itself, look for the option of registration from the main menu and scroll on to that.
• From the dropdown that appears, select the option of Vehicle Registration updation.
• Then on the page that will open, Fill in your vehicle number and captcha code, and click on search.
• The registration of your vehicle will show up on the screen, you can update the details you wish to on the same page and then submit the form.

Check The List Of Blocked Vehicles

• Visit the official web portal of SSMMS, as mentioned in the article above.
• On the right side of the homepage, look for the link saying “BLOCKED VEHICLES” and click on it.
• A new page will open with a list of all the vehicles that are blocked on SSMMS.
