SSA Gujarat Full Guide
SSA Gujarat Portal or the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is a scheme initiated by the Council of elementary education of the state of Gujarat. The main purpose of the scheme was to globalize elementary education in the state in a fixed frame of time. The 86th amendment of the constitution states that to make education free and compulsory for children of ages 6 to 14 is a fundamental right.

How to access online attendance
- Visit the official portal of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan which is ssagujarat.org or click here to visit the portal.
- Then on the homepage, look for the box “online attendance system” and click on it.
- The login page of the attendance portal will then open, Enter your username, password, and the captcha code given to log in.
- The attendance page will open then, wherein you can mark the attendance of students as well as teachers according to the Hours and submit it on the portal itself.
- Attendance for teachers can only be filled from 11:30 am on the weekdays
- Attendance for the 2nd shift can be filled in only till 2:00 Pm on the weekdays
- Attendance of all teachers can be filled only till 12:30 Pm on Saturdays (if working)
How to login to the DISE System/SSA Gujarat org Aadhar dise
- Visit the official portal of SSA Gujarat from the link given above.
- Then on the homepage, look for the box “Aadhar DISE- child tracking system” and click on it.
- Then you will be redirected to the Aadhar enabled DISE system page, wherein you need to log in using your username, password, and the Captcha code given and click on login.
- You will be logged in successfully
How to check my SSA status
Know your Student ID
- Visit the official portal of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan that is ssagujarat.org
- Then on the homepage, look for the box “Aadhar DISE- child tracking system” and click on it.
- Then look for the link saying “Know your student ID” and click on it.
- A new page will open wherein you can either search for your student ID using your [District, Block, School, Forst Name and DOB], [Aadhar Number] or [Students name, Fathers and Mother name and surname].
- Fill in the details and click on “search”, Your student ID will appear on the screen.
How to apply for SSA as a Teacher or employee/SSA Gujarat teacher profile
- Visit the official portal of SSA Gujarat from the link given above.
- Then on the homepage, look for the box “Recruitment” and click on it.
- You will then reach the recruitment management system of SSA, on the homepage look for the button “REGISTRATION” at the bottom of the login box on the right.
- You will then be redirected to the Applicant Registration Form.
- Fill in the required details like full name, DOB, title, Email ID, Mobile Number, Gender, etc. Set up a password for your account and then re-enter it to confirm.
- Attach the documents required like your Photograph and signature.
- Fill in the captcha code given and finally click on “register” after proofreading all the columns.
- You will successfully be registered and will receive a confirmation mail on your registered email ID.

Objectives of SSA Gujarat
- Improve conditions of the schools existing in the state by providing funds for the maintenance, Infrastructure, extra classrooms, washrooms, electricity and drinking water, etc. Also, the SSA aims to build up new schools and institutes in the areas where there is a lack of educational facilities for children.
- providing proper training to the teachers for strengthening the curriculum and development, Providing additional teachers wherever there is a shortage and also providing for the academic system and structure at a state level.
- The scheme also engages in providing life skills to the beneficiaries, it promotes the education of children with special needs and girls as well.
- Computer education is also a focus of the government under the SSA, which is an important element to bridge the digitalization gap that has been created.
