- Special Allowance: – This allowance is provided to the person working on the post of Gram Sevak, 7.5 per cent of the basic salary. Apart from this, the special allowance increases from 400 to 500 rupees per year.
- Dearness Allowance: – This allowance is provided which is 17% of the basic salary of the person working in that post.
- House Rent Allowance:- House Rent Allowance is also made available for the person working on the post of Gram Sevak. This allowance is made available on the basis of the place of work of the person after joining the post of IBPS Clerk. The person working in this post is provided with a house rent allowance of up to 10%-12% of the basic salary.
