Merit Cum Means Based Scholarship

Firstly, Merit Cum Means Based Scholarship is provided for minority community students who studying UG, PG and other technical courses and he/she parents income is below 2.50 lakh per annum. Students who gave the competitive examination will receive the scholarship for technical courses and students who didn’t write any competitive they must have 50% of marks in Intermediate to get the scholarship.

And students who belongs to other states, they also eligible for scholarship program but their permanent address must in AP state. First priority for this scholarship is given based on students merit list. If student took the APSMFC scholarship, they will not eligible for other government scholarship scheme. Students who already had scholarship they have to apply for renewal by uploading some documents on the official page.

Coming to fee details, the scholarship amount will be difference for both hostel students and day scholar students. For hostel students, Rs.10,000 for maintenance fee and Rs.20,000 for course fee per ten months. Day scholar students will get Rs.5000/- maintenance fee and Rs.20,000 course fee for ten months. Pre Metric Scholarship

Pre metric scholarship issued for the students studying 1st to 10th class in any government recognised school. Students whose parents salary is less than 1 lakh and whose academic marks is minimum 50% are applicable for Pre Metric Scholarship. 30% of seats were reserved for girl students, if their are no enough girl then the seat will reserved for eligible boy. Coming to scholarship amount, the AP government provide Rs.500/per annum for admission fee for 6th to 10th class, Rs.350/-per annum for tuition and Rs. 100/- for maintenance, for hostler marinating amount will be Rs.600/- for 10 months.

Post Metric Scholarship

Post metric scholarship is provided for the students who pursuing their studies from intermediate to Ph.D in any government recognised institute expect the coursers which are not in Merit Cum Means Based Scholarship. For this post metric scholarship, the students whose parent income is less than 2 lakh rupees with minimum merit marks are liable to apply for AP post metric scholarship. 

Coming to scholarship amount, for intermediate students, the AP government provide Rs.7000/-  tuition fee per annum and for vocational course Rs.10,000 per annum and maintain Rs.380. for hostler and Rs.230/- for days scholar. Students pursuing graduation and post graduation Rs.3000 for tuition fee, hosteller Rs.570 per annum and Rs.300/- day scholar maintenance fee. To apply for post metic scholarship, students log on to official web site, fill the placation with required documents and upload the recent passport sized photograph then click on submit.
