Check ROR on CCLA Telangana Online Portal?

The ROR or the Record of Rights is a very crucial document related to the land of people in Telangana, The document is a proof of the ownership of a property or land of a person in Telangana.

  • Visit the official web portal of CCLA Telangana that is “ccla.telangana.gov.in
  • On the homepage, under the “citizen services” box, click on the link for KNOW YOUR LAND STATUS.
  • A new page will open in front of you wherein look for ‘land details search’ under the box of Record of Rights or ROR.
  • You will then be redirected to the page of ‘Integrated land records management system’ wherein you have to fill in your Pattadar Passbook Number and the first four digits of your Aadhar number.
  • Or you can also search for the details by entering your District, Mandal, and village. Enter the captcha code given in the space and then finally click on ‘Fetch
  • The details of your Land and the Record of Rights document will be displayed on the screen. The details provided by CCLA are up to date and you don’t need to visit the authorities for the same.

The important details mentioned in the ROR document are-

The owner of a land or a property needs to visit the nearest MeeSeva centre in his area and fill in the application form for ROR 1B. The applicant is required to submit a copy of his ID Proofs along with documents related to the property along with the application form. The fees for Applying is Rs.25.

  • On the homepage, under the “citizen services” box, click on the link for KNOW YOUR LAND STATUS.
  • A new page will open in front of you wherein look for ‘Deed Details’ under the box of “Land transactions Deeds”.
  • A new page will open wherein you need to select whether you have the registration details of Document number, Layout Plots, or Apartments.
  • After selecting one option from the three, you will have to fill in the details asked further like Mandal, Village, District, Survey Number, Document number, etc., and fill in the Captcha code given before clicking on “Search”.
  • The details of your transactions or Land deeds will be displayed on the screen then and you can save them for reference anytime.

How to search Court Cases Data

There are data available for 2 types of court cases on the CCLA TS web portal. The Data related to Revenue and Judicial Court cases and the Data related to High Court cases.

  • On the homepage, under the “citizen services” box, click on the link for KNOW YOUR LAND STATUS.
  • Then on the page that will open, look for the box saying “court cases data”, You will find 2 categories as mentioned below

REVENUE AND JUDICIAL COURT CASES
On selecting this category, a new page will open wherein you have to fill in the details required like the type of court, District, Village, Mandal, and Survey number.
Then after properly filling in all the details, you have to fill in the Captcha code given and click on the search button.
All the relevant data related to your court case will be displayed on the screen.
HIGH COURT CASES
On selecting this category, a new page will open wherein you have to fill in the details required like the Type of case, Case Number, and Year.
Then after correctly filling in the details, enter the captcha code provided and click on the search button.
All the relevant details related to your high court case will be displayed on the screen.

Recently, the EWS category certificate application form has been enabled at the Meeseva centers and the Meeseva online portal. The form for the EWS certificate is available on the CCLA TS webland.
