Guidelines issued by Bihar School Examination Committee
The examination control of Bihar Board has issued different guidelines, according to this, the correction of the error in the photo on the certificate of the student and the students in the examinations will be done. Bihar Board has also told that only the students and students who fulfill the condition will be corrected in the certificate.
And it has also been told that earlier it used to take a lot of time for the students to make these improvements and there have been many cases where there are no improvements. In view of all these problems, Bihar Board will improve the certificates of students through Document Management System (DMS).

Bihar Board issued instructions regarding all examinations
If the photo of a student and a student is issued by the Bihar Board at least two records, Registration Card, Admit Card, Marksheet, Original Certificate, everything is correctly marked in the attendance sheet. Only then the process of photo rectification will be done on that rectification in other blank and erroneous records as per rules.
If a student’s photo has been printed on a student’s document or a student’s photo has been printed on a student’s document, then after obtaining necessary evidence, photo correction action will be taken as per rules. Bihar Board Matric and Inter Certificate given a chance
For correction in the photo, the headmaster of the concerned educational institution will have to duly attest the correct photo of the student along with the letter number, date, signature and seal on the letter head of the institute as well as the District Education Officer of the concerned district. (DEO) signature has ever been mandatory.

Apart from this, the student and the student will have to give all the certified copies of the Aadhar card along with a photo identity card in which the original photo of the student and the girl student is marked and the applicant will also have to give a photo affidavit from the executive magistrate.
In which it will be clearly declared by the students and students that their photo in the documents issued by the Bihar Board is wrong and the photo affixed in the affidavit is their original photo.
Students and girls will have to give declaration form – For information, let us tell you that you will not have to mention your full name, parent’s name, address, school name, roll code, and session in the declaration.
